Not so easy. The fact the people that make the HRT made the GP2 car goes to show how tough the rules are in F1 to get right.
You don't just upgrade the aero to F1 levels. There are lots of tiny details that can make massive differences.

Hello Drivers and Managers,
- Wind: There will be low wind. So drive carefully, taking care of the large effects on downforce here.
- Minimum SC period laps: 2
- Layout: The layout is attached.
- SC Rules: Take note of the SC rules, the Green Flag will be shown when the SC is in pit lane, then the field will resume racing once the lead car in the pack goes, not when the green flag is shown.
