If you are using the trial version of Fraps you are limited to only 30 seconds of recording time and a watermark that says fraps.com on the top of every video.
You could record 30 seconds, stop recording, pause the game, start recording, unpause the game and get another 30 seconds and then just merge the two videos together in a video editing software.
