The French League, also called by Frenchies the "Ligue FR", is a friendly league running since the earlier years of LFS on LFS France. It was originally founded by MT-Shark, and since 2008 it moved on the Gcomp plateform build by Gai-Luron, which is also know for his LFS Lapper. It has been managed and ran by many hoster/admins (Shark, Loconstant, Quaid, Momo92i, Worm...), but since 2013, System (Kova.) stayed in charge of it, and has never stopped it despite the lowering grids.
Basically made for french talking people, it has always allowed strangers of another nations to compete in, without any restrictions.
The concept is to take part to a certain amount of events which is an average of 10 to 12 events per season, among which you have 3 jokers, which mean you can miss or fail 3 events during the whole season, they won't be counted. Each event is made by more or less than 4 weeks of pre-qualifying, in which you compete to set your fastest lap on the designed combo at the server, in order to set your grid position. The pre-qualifying ends the night from Sunday to Monday at midnight, french time. And then the following monday at 9:15 pm french time, takes place the race for about 30 mins.
The month of december is already here, the Ligue FR 2025 season is coming to a near end, and Christmas is approaching quickly... And so does the 11th season of LFS France's X-Mas Open! We'll be meeting the next day after the final round of the Ligue FR who will be held the 15th december, to launch the X-Mas Open 2025! As last year's open, 3 rounds will be waiting us to pass the end-of-year festivities. This year, we'll pay tribute to a certain french constructor with a certain rhombus, because the 3 rounds will be raced with replicas of Renault cars.
First round will be held the 22nd december with the Reluant 5(C74BFC), replica of the small Renault Super 5, on the DLV RX on Autocross (AU1X).
Then the 29th december we'll stay on the same domain of the small city car topic with the RCS V6(ECC8CB), replica of the famous Clio V6, whose base model is anything else than the Super 5's substitute, on Blackwood RX by LFS France (BL3X)
And to conclude, the 5th january 2026, we'll be still staying on the rhombus small city car theme, but with 2 more driving wheels and a bit more horsepowers with the Coil Rally3(277FEA), replica of the Clio 5 in the race variant for the Rallye 3 category, on Fern Bay RX by LFS France (FE5Y).
