im using a wired xbox 360 controller... and i was wondering how do i change the turn sensetivity down... its especially hard to use the controller while driving the formula 1 cars... but i feel comfortable using the controller while drifting around the track tho... =/ but its not very good for grip driving because i end up sliding on a turn because the sensetivity is kinda high so it thinks im always turning hard...

Try reducing maximum lock in the setup and using a high non-linearity setting on the controller (that's in game in the controls menu).

It will always be difficult to drive with an analogue device that has such a limited range - sensitivity will always be an issue.

I'm using the XBox360 controller also. I found the xbcd driver very helpfull with setting up deadzones.

Mkay I've been using a pad for the past 16 months hence my poor times, however here is how I set my controller:
- set wheel turn compression to full
- options/misc/analogue steer smooth to .89
- in the fox I find that 18 degrees steering lock works best in the set.
- set your wheel to turn 180 degrees - 183 degrees wors fine for me
