I know that the qualification is still far away, but I have one question whether the qualifications that start at 17.00 UTC I can be late and be around 18.30 UTC? This is because, unfortunately, by the work and if I can not replace, unfortunately this is late. Is there a possibility to delay or not?

Can i drive in the race without qualification ? ( Of course from last place ), because i'am in work and i won't be able to drive quali .. ;/
