Too bad you don't ship to Canada ... I would have bought everything. Question is why did you ship to Canada before and not anymore? I already own a few shirts from when the store was originally launched a decade ago...but they're in pretty rough shape, would have loved to replace them Frown

I have the same phone and it lasts me about 16 hours on battery from 100%-0%. I just charge it up every night and drain it till it's almost dead every day. It lasts me the whole day, but it's a far cry from my old blackberry's battery life which would last 2-3 days. Anyway, I find that if I restart the phone it lasts longer for a couple days. So I just restart it every few days. I don't use it too much, I read emails on it, I text a lot, and I visit a few web pages, but I'm not a heavy user. The screen and the CPU drain the battery the most, my power saving mode is always on. As soon as I turn it off the battery drains like yours Zay. Word on the street is that Android 4.1 should improve battery life but I'll believe it when I see it for myself.

Wow that's quite expensive over there, I believe here it will be $25,990 base.

Anyway, enjoy it, and please post your opinions of it once you get it! I'm thinking of getting one too, and I'd love to hear an owner's opinion of it.

$1.35/liter, which is over $5/gallon for premium. You're lucky you're paying only $4.49.

Quote from JBiturbo :Just a word of advice, dont go for ATI video cards....they are very apealing with the cheap prices and good specs but when its time to perform they always fail at something ( i speak from my own experience ).

Games are developed , most of them, with Nvidea drivers/graphics so you can bet your money that they will perform better on a Nvidea chip. With ATI cards its gambling a bit, the can work wonderfully well on one game, and suck very hard on other game with same requirements ( again, i speak from my own experience ).

I think its something worthy of some consideration.

I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree with you there, ATI cards are alright, they won't fail at anything. Look at the benchmarks, they are right up there with Nvidia. It's true that in some games Nvidia cards perform better than ATI cards, but it's also true that in other games ATI cards perform better than Nvidia cards. You can't just say that ATI makes bad cards, it's just simply not true. It's up to the maker of the game to decide which cards to optimize their game for.

Because this is all AutoSimSport can say.

It's unfortunate that this is what LFS is becoming known for.

Check your RAM, make sure it's seated properly in the slots, and run memtest86+.

You are trolling the forum, and this thread is certainly not the way to go about giving away licenses, you're just asking for trouble. If I were a mod, I'd close it and give you an earful.

Uhhh yea that looks like a problem, the 3.3V rail should not be at 4V lol, it should be around 3.3V. Go to the BIOS and see what's going on in there. The BIOS should have its own hardware monitor feature, go in there and take a look at the voltages.

I had the same issue at one point. First, run memtest86 and post the results here (either no errors or some errors will be detected). If some errors are detected then it's a RAM issue. It could be that you're not running the RAM at the correct voltage (this was the case for me). Usually, for aftermarket RAM such as yours, it says a voltage on the modules themselves which is different from the default BIOS voltage. Go into your BIOS and set the voltage to whatever the value is on your RAM. Also make sure the timings are the same as it says on your RAM. If you do these two things, it should not give any errors in memtest86, and you won't get a blue screen anymore.

Don't hold your breath, LFS isn't exactly Crysis.

It could be your power supply, have you tried with a different one? Also make sure it's set to the correct voltage for your area (I'm not sure what's in your area, 120V or 240V?). I would also try to boot without a video card, leave only the cpu and ram plugged into the motherboard and take everything else out. You can also try booting using only a single DIMM of ram.

CTRA was a great system, I think many people wondered why LFS doesn't come with such features out of the box. I mean, most of us here want clean racing and CTRA provided an environment where anyone could just join and race competitively for as long as they wanted. Also, personally I don't care for joining a team, and with CTRA you didn't have to be in a team to race. It was just join, pick a car, and race. If there were any free slots that is.

I went from an E8400 to a QX9650, I found a really good deal on ebay and swiped it for cheap. Same clock speed, but twice as many cores, and an unlocked multiplier And my performance has increased. Both the CPU and the RAM scores are a lot higher in the windows experience index than they were before, and it's just better in every way. Looking back now, the E8400 is crap. I definitely think you should be using the Q6600 (if you already have it), but also keep an eye on ebay for good deals. I got my QX9650 for $150 like 2 years ago...no idea why it was so cheap but it works like a charm.
