I think LFS is the only sim where you can overheat the clutch.
But LFS also has major flaws in tire physics, no sim is perfect.

Quote from PeterN :
Quit the game just to change graphics settings?

That's massively annoying when you're used to LFS.

They fixed that one Big grin

RIP Eric Broadley

Founder of Lola and one of the UK’s most visionary designers and constructors of racing cars, has died at the age of 88.

Thanks for the Lola T70 mk2, possibly one of the best cars ever made, along McLaren F1, Lotus 7, Lotus Elan, Ferrari 250..

*replica, but still insane performance and amazing lapThumbs up

And this awesome mk3b replica

SW20 very special car for the money Thumbs up
Not digging the 'stance' style stretched tires

Meanwhile - I got addicted to weight reduction, damn those German cars are full of unnecessary extras/shit, unbelievable amount of sound deadening etc.
My plan is to get from 1390kg to ~1150kg, btw it's my daily.

*work in progress

Finally found the M2 with R18 wheels Thumbs up the perfect size, not those marketing bullshit R19' dubs

With this Alpine White BMW M2 the guys at European Auto Source decided to steer clear of fancy wheels and visual mods and go for aftermarket parts that will add more substance to the car. So instead of some cool looking, matte black, and unnecessarily large wheels they picked a set of APEX EC-7 lightweight rims in the modest size of 18×9.5, wrapped with Hankook Ventus TD tires in size 265/35/R18 on both axles. This set enhances the grip and cornering abilities of the M2.

They will look hideous, imagine the brake gap, you need ~400mm rotors to fill out those rims, not even talking about worse performance, braking, fuel economy, etc.

Quote from Oliver Feistkorn :That's actually hard to believe. You got any sources to support the statement?

John Nielsen did 7:46min full lap @ the Ring

There are no official laptimes for F40, but you can try it in AC with street 90' tires Smile
And F1 (regular) was shit on a race track, those laptimes are BS (on the list)
This is the only legit lap

Flemke's F1 with upgraded brakes and better tires.

XJ220, it's actually not just a good looking car form 90', I love the tech behind it - ground effects, group C influence, very underrated car, faster on a track then it's main rivals - f40, F1
