Server and cPanel back online....finally.

OK, now I'm really agitated. I paid for a year of hosting (over $100 USD) and haven't had my server for several months now. This going beyond bad customer service...this is approaching fraud. He was last on his 500Server.com forums on February 2, 2012 (or at least someone was on his account there), so I suspect he is still around. He isn't responding to customers' requests and problems and that is bad biz. Getting sad...really.

Yo Dean....what's the deal??? I paid for a year of LFS server hosting but I cannot access my server. Not good at all.

I've got my servers running now. Any idea when the ticket system will be back up? I submitted a request prior to these issues, so if you get a chance to look at it, that would be cool.

Just to make things clear though.. SERVERS ARE ONLINE, the control panel is what is currently down.

Several people have asked me to make changes for them or give them a link for downloading files from their server, and those people have got what they asked for. so if you have an urgent change to be made.. PM Me, E-mail me, visit me, post here... otherwise please give me a chance to get your access sorted out again.

Yes i had expected things to be fixed sooner but unfortunately things have clearly not gone as i had previously planned.

The Control Panel Will Be Up At Some Point in The Next 50 years as a previous poster has mentioned. Although i would say its more likely to be tonight. but i darn't say that because i will be tied to a stake and left to die or something (wait.. isn't that easter?)... Anyway

All of the info for Thursday's race will be posted this evening, both here and on the LOTA forums. It will be GP & GP2 together on a fairly wide open track (maybe AS3 or KY2).

Recently, the League of the Americas has experienced a period of inactivity due to issues outside of sim-racing. LOTA has had a loyal following over the years and this inactivity has been a disservice to that loyalty.

I want to personally apologize for not only the league's inactivity, but also for my lack of communication on the matter. That said, I am happy to announce that I am prepared to bring LOTA back to life with a new season of racing starting soon! We had planned a GP/GP2 season a while back and we'll be doing just that in the upcoming weeks. I am working through some server availabilty issues right now, but once that is complete, we'll be back in business.

In the meantime, I encourage those are looking to help revive LOTA to come back to the forums and visit the LFS server for some GP discussion and practice. We'll host an organized GP/GP2 test race this coming Thrusday, November 4th, at 9:30 PM EST. More details will be posted about this test race very soon.

Once again, I want to thank each of LOTA's loyal members for waiting through this inactivity and extend my invitation to come back and make LOTA even stronger as we move forward.

I miss racing with Operator0 in the MRT at South City Classic, when the MRT was more fun. I also miss jumping the small hill at the base of the tree in the chicane at the old Blackwood.

Check that....the server is using Airio instead of Lapper. Also, if it is passworded during the time leading up to the race, it will be "xrgendurance".
