What is the ideal fit for car_shine with textures patch 2010 Lynce

Please alquem has the file and could postalo BLACKWOOD 2.0c for downloads, I can not find it or download.

Because when I go to play online and show lists servers, I only appear to be 30 and 40 servers publicos empty before the patch update B8, had around 400 servers online and found several corridors running in real time, today the maximum is 1 meeting that will 4 runners.
With this new update have to configure something, or failed to do properly configure the LFS.
What I have to do to get back with various pilots will run on the track.
