I have e-mailed them thanks for the info. Have you heard of this happening before?

I am trying to come back to live for speed after a long time away.

I can't remember my username or password but remember the email I used to sign up. When I put in that e-mail address in the box for forgotten passwords the website is saying it doesn't recognize that e-mail? It doesn;t recognize any of my e-mails so I can only guess there is an issue.

I know I have a full S2 license for the game but I can't access it at the moment which is very frustrating when the website is saying it doesn't recognize my e-mail address.

Could you help please?
