Big +1 from me, the shift+a menu could definitely do with an overhaul and expension of features/options in my opinion. It's great that LFS uses it's own sound cynthesis to generate engine sounds so it'd be interesting to see also how this could be expanded upon
Hey Rubie! Little bit saddened to see the latest update came with a drop in power and redline... Perhaps the old engine could be released as a seperate "Stage 1" mod? Other than that, stellar work!
Great mod, nice and detailed and fun to drive! My only suggestions would be to fix rear light indicators and if at all possible, a RHD option (currently LHD only )
Looking forward to seeing what's in store for this mod!
Please excuse the double-posting, but I'd really like to see this feature implemented as a first-party option. Any and all considerations, related suggestions and feedback is of course highly appreciated!
I don't know Portuguese, but I can make out enough of this post to be very much in agreement. Since we can play with cam profiles in Editor, it'd be great to have a secondary cam profile that can be changed over to at a chosen RPM. excellent way to simulate VVL/VTEC/VVTL-i and I'd be incredibly excited to see this officially supported. K20 all the cars!
Awesome video! Delighted to finally see the finished product GT4! Kudos to you sir, it came out brilliantly, and thanks to everyone that worked behind the scenes putting it all together.
I like driving on the correct side of the road for a change. I'm tired of always having to drive on the right in most games. This is nice. (I think you might have LHD and RHD mixed up too :/)
9 posts total, you're absolutely correct. However, I've been on the forum with this account since October 2012, and on my previous LFS account since 2008. A wise man speaks few words, etc. I've no intention of being "a forum warrior", as you call it. I merely stated my opinion of the idea, and also of a more appropriate place to put said idea. Also, if I was such a "forum warrior", as you put it, don't you think I'd have perhaps more posts to show for it since 2012? And bro, I'm completely relaxed.
Any chance you could put this in the "Cars we wanna see in S3" rather than creating a separate thread for your idea? In my opinion, it's absolutely ridiculous to have something as trivial as minivans developed by our devs, when, to be fair, they could throw their time and resources at more useful tasks. But, as I say, that's my opinion, which differs from yours. Notwithstanding, you still should have posted your suggestion in the appropriate area.
Because that would require licensing from the tracks, which can get pretty pricey, I'd imagine. Not to mention it'd most likely take ages to perfect. Considering we've been waiting long enough for S3, and getting a single track and nothing else for it (for now), it simply wouldn't make sense from a business point of view.
A 00's 2WD saloon (either FWD or RWD) would be great . Not picky about engines, though it'd be cool to see diesel power and realistic auto 'boxes in-game.
Failing that, it'd be nice to see body and engine variants on existing in-game cars.
If you put what you learn in the lessons into practice on a LFS cruise server, it can be really decent. I used to play on demo the whole time on my old account with the G27, and it's a really cool place to get a good foundation of driving techniques, so you can go in with a somewhat decent knowledge of them when trying them in a car.
Ohai fellas, well... I don't post here much but... I was wondering if someone could render the skin I made for my FZ5? And, if at all possible, put a set of RAYs TE37sl wheels on it?? Also, if possible, would it be possible to use maybe a Japanese highway at night for the background? So, lights will be on, etc.? Thanks in advance!!
