Place your LFS username at the end of the =, don't include the <>'s
http://www.spdoracing.com/lfsw/quick_script.php?racer=<username>

Edit: Something is odd with the URL you posted. It seems to redirect or something. Not sure why...

it's .com not .org.

Has the site changed from .org to .com then? The link I posted was taken from my bookmarks and I'm *sure* I used to be able to get to it from there.
