I used this setup for Round 3 of STARL. More info and results of race here: https://www.lfs.net/forum/post/1949132#post1949132
The setup is capable of fast pace from the start but in longer races i'd advise to hold pace for 30ish laps until the tires have worn so they cool down faster. After that you can maintain fast pace even if you slide under braking, as long as you dont slide anywhere on purpose the tires should withstand it. I'd say they should last around 120 laps for one stint.
