Successfully submitting a MOSS application

After many failed attempts, we have learned the correct sequence. We are showing it here to help anyone else who has encountered the same problems.

To cut a long story short, we were phoned by a very helpful woman from HMRC who talked us through submitting a MOSS registration. She is continuing to look into our other problems, that you can read about on our main blog page:

It seems we were clicking a misleading link, shown in the 4th screenshot on the right. The only way that we were able to get correctly into the MOSS registration pages was by following the sequence shown in the first three screenshots.
