Honestly, it could work yes, it'd be a nifty feature, however I only **really** see it taking place in cruise servers overall.

Though for people who bother with safety cars it might do well I suppose, depends on implementation and also usefulness, along with if they are actually visible flashing, if these are all implemented properly and also with a single toggle on/off bind/control it'd be great for a feature, especially for anyone who wants to run racing languages with a real pace car (Something I think should be done more)

the siren may be usefull on cruise servers, making movies or as a safety car +1 to the siren idea

and +1 to the smoke idea

also just using TC lights with a safety car would work too
