I wonder if that FOV is horizontal or vertical. So far, VR headset developers have insisted on supporting more vertical FOV than horizontal, although in real life you can see further horizontally than vertically.

It would be nice to have more peripheral vision. Unfortunately there is a battle between peripheral vision and resolution at the centre.

Anyway, in theory LFS should run on the LG's device without any changes.
Ah, the guy in the video said it's 2880 by 1280 (at 3:40) so I think that means they are mounting the screens horizontally, i.e. 'correctly' as opposed to the Rift and Vive vertical mounting. Thumbs up
I could not find it in the text. Good spot in the video. Looks like things are going to improve!
