i had and still have (what was my surprise when i ve seen that my account is still available :-)a s2 account..my licence is from 2007 before i was father...Nod what s explaining why i had no time for several years to come there and play..great remembers i had frommy online racing session there !! but my second surprise when i reconnect this morning (no problem to recover my id and password)was tosee anybody there...anyrace...nothing...is lfs dead?? t y 4 yur answer

No, 75/80% of the active community is busy with test patches. As a result you don't see them on the normal environment.
If there is literally "nothing" then something went wrong.

There was some updates since 2007, think master server ip changed too.
Install latest version: https://www.lfs.net/downloads

And check what filters you have set in serverbrowser.
You should always see SOME servers, at very least demo ones.

Last weekend there was a testpatch with new track, many are trying that out.
It is TESTpatch, better make two installs. (one normal, one with testpatch)
More choatic than usual because nobody knows the track or people just drive around to explore instead of race.

Leagues/events are still popular, in my opinion has better racing and easier to plan because there is known start & end times. See google-calender thing to find some dates:

I think most leagues decide to use normal version until the update is officially released.
