I have decided to change and add to this rule. The 5 grid place penalty cannot knock a team below 30th position on the grid if one is received (therefore a team who qualifies 28th out of 31+ cars cannot be placed in 31st+ and not allowed to race) Also a new addition, a incorrect skin in race will be a DT for the first offense (no change of skin needed). Ie driver 1 starts race with incorrect skin = DT. Driver 2 rejoins after a timeout with incorrect skin = DT.
A team can only receive one DT for incorrect skin per race.

Effective next round: Qualifying tie breakers.
Tie breaker if 2 groups of qualifying and cars were not in same session: position set by 2nd fastest lap. If both cars from same group then sorted by who set it first.
If there is a tie in super pole the cars tied will be set by the fastest lap they set in the qualifying groups (15 or 30 minute session).
If for some reason there is a redflag due to server failure and the race has not reached a distance to make it an official race (or if the admins wish to continue) then the race will be reset to the last lap completed by all cars running at that time.
Effective immediately the addition of a restart line and 2 green cones marks the start of the area where the leader has control of the field and may start to accelerate. If the leader accelerates before the line (front tires having not yet crossed the line) causing a jump start a drive through penalty will be issued.
