Yes, well, there is really no point to even discuss this since it was clearly Reno's fault as he already admitted.

Final answer: R.Kōōts gets a 15sec time penalty added to his finishing time for causing an avoidable crash. Klimanskas lost 3 positions during the crash, so I think it is fair enough.
