We (Driftgedöns) were also hit a few times by some unpatient GTR-Drivers. The last hit was by an XFR (we think it was EmptySD from Team SHD) in the sharp left-hander before the first split. Our driver took the outside lane to let the XFR pass, but the XFR-Driver took the corner like there was no other car on the outside lane, so he hit our car quite badly so we hit the gravel.

Be carefull when you are overtake a slower car, we are also driving a race!
When you are being lapped be VERY clear with ur intensions. Most contacts during lapping is cuz of misunderstanding.

Just follow this simple "rule", when you are being lapped, choose either the inside OR the outside.. DO NOT sway accross the track!
Ehh.. I have absolutely no idea how you are going to determine who is in which position in the end. Because the tracker is way off.

For example, 3R #2, in a UFR, is no way in position 10, while being 5 laps ahead of the first NGTR, which is mtx. And no way are we (CR) 6 laps off mtx.

And also, the current race leader, who have been leading the race since the start, BC/1ST, who are 2 laps in front of CD in the remote, are on position 17, being 32 laps off Speed-link.

Yes, sorry for the corrupted tracker but don't worry, we have the complete data & Serverreplay.
One note:

SPEED-Link team is very agressive drivers. A couple times from start race they PUSHED out on grass our team GTR, N-GTR and FXO team they ruin!

LTU team ruin N-GTR team, they hit our N-GTR team on oval!!!

DG team always block when I and other mine drivers want to pass them!

Sorry, but what you and your teammates did in this race, was simply catastrophic. Every CD-Member I met on the track today, drove like he was hotlapping. And if someone in a slower car did not jump off the track imediatly, they were complaining in the chat (notice: I think it is not allowed to chat on the server during the race).
A slower car like the XRT or the LX6 does not drive on rails like a train, even a good driver like Jay or n1lyn lets the tail out in some corners. You (the Teams in the faster cars) have to calculate your maneuvre with that in mind!

I think it was you who wanted to lap me in the XRT on the last chicane before we were going out on the oval-part. Instead of waiting just a few metres until we are on the straight, you tried it in the corner, where is obviously no other way then the ideal line for the XRT, on the inside and hit my backend.
What were you thinking about? I can´t tell...

Just ridiculous..

And the funny thing is, it seems to be that I am not the only one who has some problems with the driving style of the CD-Members. There are several complains about your team in the german forum as well.

Sounds like behaviour learned on their servers where the blue flag, make way is more rule then exception.
moments ago ( 10h 56-ish)

Xcite - MatzeXX in an FXO while turning into Turn 1, turned left, cutting the turn on the grass, and then rejoining the track, being sideways on the racing line, and caused our XFR (CR/A.Pettigrew) to crash into him. I do realize that Matze later on the same lap visited the pits to switch the driver, so the tires weren't exactly in the best shape, but this incident happened either on purpose or due to a very big misjudgement, which we really wouldn't expect in a 12h race. You should know by now not to push that much.
Omg. =DG= U.Katayama just joined the server and started a banvote against speed-link 58style.

EPIC FAIL!
Plz, stay cool. Everything is in ordner, that was not his intention. He would press 'T' for driver change, not a vote.
no, by remote, he clearly just joined, started a ban vote (if you change driver, you click on the kick vote) and then he disconnected. So it was clearly intentional
He hasn't disconnected, he just took over from me and started his stint. And of course it was not intentionally!

Sorry for the ban-vote, it was a mistake while I was looking for my Teammate MacGyver in the drivers list to perform a driverschange.

Escort: you hit my again
I think short AS5 races are more your territory.

First of all, only me and shadow drove this race. Noone else. As for those lapping incidents i nor shadow did nothing on purpose, we simply tried to keep up.

As for blue flag, i do not expect you to jump off track. However YOU have the blue flag so YOU should be the one moving over, correct? All you have todo is let the car go 1-2meters out from apex and im gone.. seeing as i loose 1sec+ everytime a lapped car blocks me sometime you run out of patience. I doubt you loose 1sec for letting me pass... Bottom line is YOU have the blue flag waved, not ME.

Ye and you should calculate that when i loose ~50km/h in corner speed i loose alot of needed downforce.. how dependant are you of downforce? XRT is like a fkin thincan on wheels... get real.

Anyway, I had lots of fun and I'm sorry if I destroyed your race.

I have no problem to let someone in a faster car pass me. But it is simply not possible to let someone pass in each and every corner on this track. I tried my best to let everyone pass as fast as I can, but the last chicane for example is simply not the right passage to let someone pass.
Quote from Webflat :Respect competition and smaller car classes!

Smaller car classes than yours are owner of the racing line!
Smaller car classes have to notice blue flag, too!
Careless overtaking endangers other teams, so drive clean and fair!

I wasn't even in the race and yet it seems I'm the only one who read that?
The problem with FZR "agressive driving" is that FZR is much faster than cars in other classes and lose a lot time overtaking them, and when you add strong competition in GTR class you get situation where every second is very important and you just lost nerves when can't get one clean lap without someone blocking you. There was just too many slower cars on track.
Anyway i think that racers in slower cars were very fair and i would like to appologize to anyone i had contact with becouse of my lag problems, my connection was just horrible today
Look the fact of the matter is, slower cars should not be treated like we're incompitent. If I came up to you and started using tactics like alot of GTRs do in lapping slower cars, you'd b on here complaining. We have the right to a clean race too.

Our (W00T) race was spoilt by GTR's over 6 times , 4 times by the LTD Team and some very close encounters with Conedodgers, who I'd expect to know better about lapping slower cars.

Discipline definetly needs thoroughly looking into by the lads from Burnout Crew before the 24h race, or it'll end in alot more angry racers (and theres alot as it is). I know it takes alot of hard work to set a series as big as this up, and you have done an excelent job, but for it to work properly, the discipline needs to be worked on. Also, the lap screen is getting increasingly frustrating. When it does run without error (rarely), it is not the clearest and easiset timer to use. You have some work to do guys

Hope to see you all in 24h

is the bc-racing homepage down?
Don't get me wrong, I just wanted to say that these four classes in one race are the problem, classes under N-GTR are just to slow cars to be on track with GTR class on such a fast track like this..
I was massively disappointed with the standards of overtaking from the GTR's today, our race was ruined so many times through no fault of our own

Did any of you read this?

Smaller car classes than yours are owner of the racing line!

I'm astounded that drivers of GTR's were under the impression that we should 'jump' out of the way for them today. I think the majority of us were very courteous in letting you guys through, but we are not going to spoil our own races constantly slowing down for you guys. You need to learn to be patient and pass when it's safe to do so.

Early on (i won't mention names) 2 GTR's attempted to go side by side through the final chicane along with two XFR's (pushing one onto the grass). This resulted in a spin and collected a few cars - including ours.

Whilst driving we encounted many problems from impatient GTR's, some just ploughing into the back of us instead of braking.

I also got left hung out to dry a few laps from the end of the race by an impatient gtr (you know who you are) trying to pass in a stupid place, causing me to unfortunately go straight into the back of an FXO team
I agree, it spoiled my day and I had to fight with my boss to get the day off. I was so upset with the quality of the lapping that I ended up quiting after I was punted off turn one. Do you know how hard it is to change my line mid corner when a GTR or otherwise is passing there? Its nearly impossible. And for the record the speed difference of GTRs and LRF / TBO does NOT excuse any of the driving here. At Westhill it was much better, and back in the days of GTTC things were fine using the GTR and TBO multiclass racing. The problem was the aggression between drivers and the expecting of people like me to dodge you by looking in the mirror. I will never block someone, but I do deserve my line through a corner! I do not name anyone in particular that was overly-aggresive to me because for realism sake I do not have names on. Which is a pity because I know a few GTR drivers did slow down as they approached and did give me my line through the corners.

Escort...Not correct...read the rules for this race.I passed my car to my team mate Dark_overlord and saw u ram him out into the gravel in the first turn (right) after the sector 1 for no obvious reason....it is a very wide corner...for 3 cars wide.....and u all GTR racers (the best wishes in future for the minority that drived correctly) clearly did not have any patience and respect for TBO and N-GTR class cars and OUR RIGHT OF DRIVING IN OUR RACING LINES!!! So what ever your and other drivers experience might be,u first read the rules and then drive the race.
Maby we all did some mistakes during the 12 H RACE but smashing from behind and ramming off to the grass and gravel is not in my driver description.
I got the same treatment (rammed from behind in first overlap by the first GTR car,got pushed out 6-7 times by some GTR and N-GTR class cars...my team mate PREDRAG was so brutaly hitt by someone that he instantly got a flat tire....)from few speed link drivers and some other....they know which ones...to put beside all the "contact problems",for the last 3 hours we had some local internet problems.....sory for that too...
Our times were from 2:00:XX to 2:03:XX when some correct drivers were overlapping us...and all way to 2:12:XX when we were crashed....
So...after all...we all did some mistakes...someone more, someone less.
A lesson is a lesson...thanks for all comments...GL all in future..
CYA ALL!!!

At that situation your teammate went wide and left me the inside (much appreciated), I did not ram him with intension i was just kinda suprised he opened the door.. that plus cold tyres made my car understeer into hes. My fault and for that I'm sorry.
