I fancy simpler designs, so if I could multivote I'd take #1, #13 and maybe #11, though that's borderline. I'll go with #1 for now, but it's a bit lacking colour wise.

No. 4 is the only descent attempt imo, although the small words could do with highlighting or a different colour bground.

Go with the simplest and most legible logo, logo #1.
