Can someone explain me why Gen R GTi Trophy server is protected with password?, i've try with last race password but it doesn't work...

The organizers is probably forgotten to remove the password.

You were never entered into the championship. You filed and incorrect sign-up and never notified anybody about having corrected/updated it.
