#39 Warning for causing a collision.
#42 +10 grid penalty for causing a massive collision.
#60 Warning for causing a collision.
#96 Race 1 DSQ for resetting the car and a warning for causing a collision.
#99 Stop and go penalty for causing multiple collisions, irresponsible driving with highly damaged car and blocking the track upside-down.
The penalty will be applied in the next race #99 participates in.

Description: Driver with the number of 99 ruined the race for 01, 18, 19, 58. Driver with the number of 99 ignored blue flag - he stayed on the PERFECT racing line, not allowing me to pass successfully. 99 doesn't know how to proceed when under a blue flag. He caused a huge crash. Driver 99 didn't slow down AT ALL.
