What's considered slow driver?

Drivers who fail to qualify inside the top 32.

The point system would have 64 positions, so the first 32 would race for the points from 1 to 32 and the other grid race for the points from 33 to 64....something like that...

Drivers who pre-qualify/qualify outside the first 32 like we saw in Round 1 and 2.
