When does it get corrupted? when you start the download?

The replay is fine for me, even when unrarring it i get no problems, also downloaded if from the MoE ftp without no problems.

It mysteriously stops after the GT2 grid start moving.

I'm uploading my copy of it at the moment, it should be finished in about 35 minutes. When I watched the copy that's currently on the server it stopped playing and returned me to the main menu with the message "Corrupted file" at about 0:45 into the replay (when the GT2 grid start moving as pik reported). I watched the copy I'm currently uploading for the first 2 minutes and had no problems.
