Both questions are answered in the rules thread. The heats start at the same time as normal races.

By saying time check i was asking how many hours until the race starts just to be sure.

Oh believe me I know...I would (almost definately) have won LFSBC if I hadn't had internet problems at the last race. (And if I'd crashed out - unlikely as I only needed to finish the race - it would have been better than losing it the way I did )

yea it was the worst race i have ever had.
