With rapid strides the '24hours Kyoto Grand Prix' are approaching. But first we shall take a look back:
Of course we want to appreciate the close racing in the previous race on Aston North and pay homage to the efforts of the winners.
In a really great duel the team 'Absolute Beginners Racing' came out as the winners in a race that had been open almost to the end. For eleven hours the '[WCL] World Clas Lions' had been able to hold on.



The team '[WCL] World Clas Lions' had even been leading until a technical defect and the following penality pushed them onto a still good second place.
A more than respectable third place was archived by the 'Team NOX Bonsaifighter.' The story of 'Team NOX Bonsaifighter' in this 12h race comes down to one driver, one man: NOX Ronald. In suspense-packed duels, sometimes against multiple cars, at times he was even racing for second place. A splendid performance! But probally not to be repeated in the coming 24h, that might not be healthy.
Gratulation to all three winning teams in this nice race! Excellent!


The LX6 class shall not be forgotten either. nananana Racing could secure the pole position in front of Lübeck Motorsports Club.
Eventually Lübeck Motorsports Club changed cars to start with an N-GTR in their first endurance appearance. Maybe this shows what kind of "aliens" were behind the wheel in the LX6 in this car class. 'nananana Racing' was driving unrivaled like from another world.
The old geezers of -[BC]- LX6 Fanatics Team were without chance.

From technical perspektive the race was without incidents of server or drivers. Even the tracker worked without problem. This gives hope for a flawless run of the now upcoming 24h race in Kyoto.




Coming up now is the qualification for the 24h and then the race itself: This year in Kyoto with the lovely Grand Prix layout. There is one problem child, the LRF class. With only two sign-ups we will not start this class on the Kyoto Circuit. So take note: Please sign up in time. The Sign-In servers are open. Should there be less than five teams in the LRF class, the start of this class will be canceled. That would be a major loss of diversity for the DoP and change character of the race. If you have suggestions, ideas or proposals, let's discuss them.

The dates of the test races leading up to the 24h event will be announced shortly. We are looking forward to your participation! Be part of one of the Main LFS Events and sign up now! Teams who still looking for drivers or single drivers looking for teams, are suggested to leave a comment in the forum.

except from the own speed (feel like a lame LX6 duck) all other things work well (Server, Tracker, Stream -> thx to Klaus). So, in the N-GTR Class we have an exciting competition.

Now the fith time we as Burnoutcrew organise these two races, the prelude 12 hour race and the mainevent, the 24h LFS race.
We enjoy this competition with amateurs, novices, old friends, with slow racers like me and others the very fast racers and teams with all these incredible speed. I'm really impressed to see the LX 6 in 2:08.280 from Ardee (Fin), or the 'Absolute Beginners Racing' with 2:02.307 in the UFR qualify. We hope you all have an exciting race tomorrow. These special mix of all gives us the motivation to do it again.

Smaller car classes than yours are owner of the racing line!
Careless overtaking endangers other teams, so drive clean and fair!

Dear Racers,

Now it's your turn to move to our qualify-server (DoP - Qualify / Password ) and give your very best to qualify for the next race.
All previously driven laps are deleted. So every driver has at least ten laps for qualify. Keep in mind, laps are counted after you pass first split, even in- and out-laps!

The Qualify-Session will end on 2014-11-14 at CET 22:00.
The Sign-In-Server will close two hours before at CET 20:00. After the Sign-In-Server is closed, there's no more chance to change your team!

Team-Leaders should have a look at their teams. Some fake-drivers could have joined and have to be deleted by the team-leaders. To prevent you from fake-joins simply close the team using the Sign-In-Server. If nessecary the leader may re-open it there too.

The second will be hosted on the DoP Eventpage for external views, so your teammates and other visitors could get a quick summary of this race event.

Disconnect / Re-joins
There're many reasons for disconnects and we don't whant to distroy a race of fun for you. So, reconnects will be allowed. Of course you're losing a lap in lap-counter. That's it.
After reconnect you have to act carefully with blue flags. Admins may punish you for ignoring a blue flag caused by a faster/leading team. Others may be ignored. Unfortunetly there is no way to prevent LfS programmaticly from showing the blue flags. So it's up to you, to fit the rules of racing...

The Appreciation
It is only a team competition. The total number of driven laps decides the final placements. This is determinded by the Lapcounter. If there are two, or more teams in the same lap after race end, the first finish decides for winning this event. Penalties: The Admins could judge immediately about penalties; for example: crossing the pitlane, unfair actions, permanent ignoring blue flag and so on. The penalty scale could be ‘Drive through’ or ‘Stop and go’ und must fit in the next following three laps!

Exlusion
The BurnoutCrew organizes this Event. We will decide about necessary adjustments if needed. There will be no privileged participation.
