Im sorry whats the point on adding new content if old one isnt even updated yet. First whole tracks and cars need to be updated then graphics and physics or vice versa.

Why are restriction such a problem we still have a week to decide, and why to change rules when its just easier to add restrictions via server even if people dont read the forum and dont notice it. And ofc us in FXOs want to be competitive as much as possible its not ours problem you went with slower cars.
Maybe around 4% FXO and 1% XRT with some weight fiddling if needed. Maybe we should ask Pete since his very experienced and has organized tbo leagues already.

Hoe can I add not usual sounds via LfsLazy like v8 for Xrt or similar other inline 4 for xfg, xrg.. Is there a sound pack like that or?
I dont remember anytime reaching 218 there(old blackwood).Maybe my memory serves me bad. But looking at this pictures he has better exit line than you do and most good racers get wider exit in T1 so that they can get better entry into chicane thats how is properly done.. Maybe you went trough chicane slower its even trickier then on old blackwood.

Well restriction can be added to the server automaticly so nobody forgets to put restrictions
City liga had 3% and 10kg to fxo.

Like I said its best if we use restriction. Since there is 3days left to the race it will be without restriction simply because we couldnt agree on time. So we have usual race without restriction on blackwood and rb4 gets 1point more this round and for all next races we use restriction. I think after this race we will have plenty of time to discuss perfect balance and restriction settings. Yes?
I dont like 2nd part of 7th rule. Now is less challenging 
Have you considered retstrictions for certain car/cars. Rb4 is the slowest car even tho it has awd and without restrictions races wont be balanced. Most of tbo leagues/events have it this and I think it should b fair to do it. Also why short laps except blackwood and south city, qualifications last same or more than actual race
