You can't know how much ppl drives in HL mode, maybe bawbag did 50000 laps before his WR or maybe 10? And if capa would have started driving bl1+fbm after learning s2 combos like bawbag he would have done that wr with a lot less laps.

Notice also:

1) Starting from behind is much more risky because of slower cars in front/behind of you
2) It's still about skills and track how long it takes to pass slower cars in front of you.

And if you must start from behind it usually takes over 20 seconds to pass slower cars so this penalty would be worth at least same as DT on earlier track.

That number 1 didin't really affect my driving, but that move was dangerous anyway, and about 2nd I just kept my line as I'm allowed to do, I didint chance it so there wasn't anything dangerous done by me. He just tried to pass when it wasn't possible.

In my eyes that wasnt just a racing accident, #21 saw that #04 is coming next to him and he didin't watch out when he was passing so in my eyes it was just a bad way to try keeping his place. I don't think it's a racing accident when driver can see other car coming next to you and push you to the grass.
