Yeh all of a sudden it seems to be working. Cookies are not disabled.

I'm wanting to post on YouTube... I have an account with them and when I click UPLOAD it says I've to send an email verification. Which I do. And when I get the verification email I click the link & it takes me back to YouTube. However when I click UPLOAD it takes me back to the confirmation screen again!

Any ideas?

I'm using the Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP wheel.
Currently the optios are 212deg Wheel Turn and 1.00 Compensation.

At the moment I've got no idea which is course Green, Black, etc. or what the tracks look like so I'd have to have a look at each one ;(

Not sure I'm fully 100% with the wheel settings, but are you saying that it is possible to have it completely messed up and not get full lock?

Just spotted F8 in the destructions, but it is part of the "customisable message shortcuts". Will try it non the less ... just watching latest Battlestar Galactica ep.

Guys, I've looked in the manual but it doesn't mention things like "Dynamic LOD Reduction" or what the "Wheel Turn degrees" is or "Wheel Turn Compensation".

Basically, a complete description of what appears on the options pages.

I'm having a hard time remembering what the short names for the tracks are. For example I downloaded the Team Inferno setup pack but as they're all named something like FE11234, FE21123 etc... I have no idea what they relate to!

Anyone able to help please? Or is there a quick-reference guide for the track names etc?

Never seen a Ford Taurus (though in black I have visions of it being used by the FBI ). Cool to have a race car !!

Please ease up on the anti-karging comments, it IS a proper motorsport and takes a great deal of skill. The only karts I've been in are the lawnmower powered indoor things, not the real ones which I'd love a go in.

Hi guys, I just completed a 30 lap race and I'm confused by the fuel.
Driving the Formula XR, on my dash it says; "Fuel 2.8 4.5 l". When I press F12 it tells me "7.2% in tank". I understand that 4.5 l is 7.2% of my capacity, but whats the "Fuel 2.8" mean? Laps left??

Also, I saved the replay (press 2 and type in a name). However when I go to the REPLAYS option in the front menu it doesn't appear - why's that?

Scrabby, there is a legal requirement for racers (holding an MSA licence anyway) to be over 16. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me

A mate (who raced Caterhams and is in the UK D1 Drift series now) and I talked seriously about the FunCup, but at the time I had no cash so we didn't do it. We'd talked about doing one or two 'arrive & drive' races in the series, cost was around £2,500 I think.

Guys, I downloaded 3 skin packs yesterday, two packs contained a load of JPG files which I bunged in the SKINS folder. One of them contained some PSD files which I did the same with.

Should I convert them to JPG files or will the game be okay with the PSD's?

I'm willing to put money on someone here having heard of Greger Huttu. He was famous in the Grand Prix Legends online community - an incredible sim-driver holding many world records within GPL. Using his setups I've attained my records too.

I wondered if anyone had seen him near an LFS game at all?

Curious about this becuase I'm on a steep learning curve in LFS even though I've raced in real life and had plenty of seat time on UK tracks - I've only had LFS less than a week.

So, I'm in the UK and have a NationalB class licence. I've done bags & bags of track time in cars from an EVO TME to a Caterham Superlight. I've only done 2 official races (both the 24hr Citroen at Snetterton) but that has equated to 12 hours seat time in all weather conditions and also at night.

Nothing like going flat out down Revett straight at Snetterton, in the rain, at night, with someone in front, rear and both sides, all going for the same corner. And nobody touching

Had two VERY scary moments last race, first was a complete brake failure going into the first left hander of The Esses at the end of Revett straight - got to the braking point in a line of traffic and the pedal went to the floor. I jinked to the left up the inside of everyone and aimed for a gap between two cars. I made it through but was at full chat on the grass. I managed to rejoin safely but my heart was definately in my mouth that time. The second scare was flat into Riches where the driver in front of me spun but couldn't decide which way to go I opted for the outside of the track and missed them by a very small margin just managing to hang onto the track but getting very sideways in the process

Oh, I'm also an accredited photographer and have worked for Caterham and one of the Caterham race series all over the UK, Scotland, and been to France (Croix) and Belgium (Spa).
